This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for services purchased from Neal Global Enterprises, LLC.
Consulting Engagements
Custom consulting engagements are governed by a Statement of Work that defines the scope, deliverables, fees, and any refund or cancellation terms specific to that engagement. The terms in your signed agreement take precedence.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the original payment date.
- Refunds are evaluated based on services already delivered, time invested, and out-of-pocket costs incurred.
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when work has begun but the engagement has not concluded.
- Completed deliverables are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled consultation at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
